As the DM, Producer and Editor for the Modified Roll Podcast, founder of Actual Play UK and bestselling DMsGuild author, Jordan has plenty of experience telling stories through ttrpg's, creating exciting living worlds and making the occasional dumb joke or pun. He has been creating and telling stories through tabletop roleplaying games for over a decade as part of produced productions, live stage performances, convention play, professional games and just for the fun of it, and he can bring all of this experience to your table.
With a focus on storytelling, immersion and, where possible, allowing you to get more in touch with your character, Jordan's games are designed to bring your characters to the forefront and really get to know them, because where would the story go if we didn't have them? He can bring a vast array of themes and styles, but prefers games with high fantasy and a just a touch of reality (because lets face it, none of the villains we can imagine could be worse than the reality!).
So if you want games that have traps, puzzles, engaging NPC's, laughs, tears, tense combat, immersive roleplay, dungeons, dragons, intrigue and more... Well then you'll probably have to play in a few different games, but you're sure to get at least a few in!

After listening to any number of ttrpg podcasts I decided that it all sounded pretty easy and set out to make one myself. Needless to say that was a very silly idea, but here we are.
Modified Roll has been running since 2017, with the current cast taking the reigns in 2022, with a diverse cast of wonderful weirdos, the show focuses on collaborative story telling using D&D as their medium. We might be biased, but we think it’s damned good, with a nice balance of laughs and intense, sometimes quite emotional, role playing.
The main show runs D&D but we’re hoping to expand into other systems if we can get to the point where we can bring an editor on board to free up some time!

I occasionally pen some of my various D&D related ideas down, and even more occasionally spend the time formatting and editing these to create products that are sold through the DMsGuild.
